Maths Curriculum Overview

In Mathematics, we are preparing students for the world of work and everyday life, whatever type of work that will be. We try to help students realise the importance of learning the key mathematical concepts, developing a ‘mathematical toolkit’ that will help them open doors to the future. A qualification in Mathematics demonstrates to others that the learner possesses the knowledge, skills and understanding to follow a set of instructions, whether familiar or not, and use their ‘mathematical toolkit’ to solve problems and make their own way in the world.
